DESCRIPTION
Salvia microphylla Hot Lips is a long-blooming Sage that blooms all summer with eye-catching red and white bicolor flowers. The nectar-rich flowers attract hummingbirds and other pollinators. The plant is often grown in herb gardens, where it is used as a flavoring and febrifuge.

Delicate red and white blooms create a stunning show throughout summer. Some flowers will bloom in a solid red color, attracting bees and hummingbirds, or they may be solid white at times. Hardy to zone 7-10, but with extra protection this Mexican introduction may over-winter in zone 6.
